The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

The bedroom is small but comfortable with plenty of space for clothes in a fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelves. The bathroom en suite has a bath with shower, WC, basin and fresh white towels. Surrounded by nature, trees, shrubs and with the sound of birds to wake up to this is a truly relaxing place.

The cottage, which was originally built around 1850 and is separate to our main house, has recently been renovated to turn it into a charming characterful space that is just perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers and business travellers.
