Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. It can accommodate up to 7 people. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Immersa in un giardino di limoni, arance e piante mediterranee, la casa dispone di: cucina, 2 bagni, 3 stanze, per ospitare fino a una massimo di 6 persone. All'esterno, in spazi riservati, sara' gradevole una pausa, per godere, dalla colazione alla cena, l'esperienza di vivere in una casa ischitana in pieno centro. Disponibile una zona parcheggio.

The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
