Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Ses intérieurs composés de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, cuisine et salon-salle à manger sont distribués sur une surface de 120m². L’une des chambres dispose d’un accés indépendant. Deux terrasses orientées différemment vous permettront de choisir vos lieux préferés pour vos repas.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
