House composition: 1 bedroom with a king size bed & orthopedic mattresses 1 bedroom with a double size bed & anatomic mattresses 1 single space for kitchen & living room with a three-seater sofa In the full equiped kitchen area you can find a modern oven & all the utensils to make your own meal, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespesso coffee mashine & a washing mashine 1 bathroom.

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

My place is good for couples and families.

It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.
