One of the last few Direct Oceanfront beach cottages left in CB. Great for small families. Sit on the front porch and watch waves or a beautiful sun rise. The House of Kai, 1 Block From The Beach

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.

It’s the upstairs unit of a duplex and is completely separate from the space below. We welcome up to 2 dogs — just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
