BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. These houses were built by the Mitsubishi Corporation around 1876 and are now designated cultural properties of Asago City. In such a historic building, you can experience accommodation while thinking about the life of the past. Easy access to Kinosakionsen and Takeda Castle.

It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
