Crowhouse in the center of Lübeck

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Gästewohnung an der Wakenitz

Einen Teil unseres Hauses, in dem wir als Familie leben, haben wir als Gästewohnung umfunktioniert. Diese Wohnung für Nichtraucher ist separater Teil unseres Hauses. Es liegt am Rande des Natur-und Landschaftsschutzgebietes Wakenitzniederung, ideal für 2 bis 3 Personen. Der große Wohnraum ist mit einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem weiteren, abgeteilten Einzelbett ausgestattet. Die Küche mit Essplatz liegt in einem zweiten Raum, vor dem eigenen Eingang eine kleine sonnige Terasse.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Ostseenähe

Zwischen Ostseestrand und Lübeck befindet sich unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss eines 1926 erbauten Hauses. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist aus Holz (nicht geräuschlos). Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Mit den Öffis gelangt man an die Strände und nach Lübeck. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, kleinen Garten mit Terrasse und einen eigenen Eingang. Ich bin entspannt und mag ebenso entspannte Gäste. The bright, sunlit terrace apartment in the heart of Lübeck features two lovely rooms, a bathroom, and an additional walk-in wardrobe. The generous sunny terrace invites you to relax in the greenery. The living space is approximately 50 square meters. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. The historic old town island, the Wakenitz, and the city park are right outside. The Baltic Sea is about 12 km away. Children as well as beloved pets are welcome.

Diese Loungebereiche laden zum Verweilen und Enspannen ein ..... 7 km bis in die Innenstadt Lübeck, 12 km bis Travemünde und nur ein paar Schritte bis ins benachbarte Mecklenburg Vorpommern.
