Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, najbolj čisto morje je tu. Plaža ima naravno senco borovcev. V morju se kopamo do sredine oktobra.
