We are in the area of Stephenville fondly referred to as “the base”. Many original buildings survive, take a walk & follow the storyboards explaining some of the town’s colourful history. We are easy walking distance from the Arts & Culture Center, the pool, movie theatre,playground, ball fields, gym, curling club, store, restaurants & bars.

Relax at this DOG FRIENDLY home. This spacious rental unit has a private bedroom and a queen-size pull out couch if needed. The KITCHENETTE offers a bar fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle along with all the necessary dishes. The french press provided is perfect for the locally sourced coffee. This cozy and comfortable basement suite also has some extra bonuses, such as an air hockey table, record player and treadmill. Cozy Corner also provides private parking and digital lock entry.

The next guest can be allergic to fish odours which lead to serious health issues.

This coastal location is great for bird-watching. Osprey are often seen diving for fish while cruise ships travel up and down the Humber mouth. Our space is a cozy, one bedroom house designed with travelers in mind. With full laundry and all the kitchen amenities so you can feel at home.
