A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.

The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. Experience Seattle oasis living in our in-city, Wallingford neighborhood, beautifully renovated (completed in May 2018), Mid-century modern, 1300 SF, completely private, top floor unit of our duplex. The Penthouse Suite is just 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have specifically designed this entire top floor penthouse suite with Airbnb guests in mind with Air Conditioning, keypad suite access, double pane windows and parking.

This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3.
