The home sets on 4.5 acres only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, 10 minutes to Lutheran Hospital, and 10 minutes from the town of Roanoke shopping and dining!

If cozy and quiet are what you're looking for, then our guesthouse is the place for you. We are located in the country on an 80 acre farm, but only 1 mile from the highway and 9 miles from town. This beautiful little space is only 6 years old and is furnished with some new and some repurposed items. Our area is located only 14 miles from Berne, In, home to many Amish family owned businesses, 14 miles to Ouabache State Park, and 9 miles to Bluffton and the River Greenway.

Come enjoy the wide open country in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.

Guests will have full access to our newly renovated apartment. Featuring fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with kitchen dining area and living space comfortably decorated for your enjoyment. Located in a quiet duplex apartment in Arcadia village in Decatur Indiana close to US 33. I am usually nearby If guests need anything, but always available by phone or text.
