Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.

It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches. Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.

Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.
