Nestled into the treeline of a large meadow, Black Betty provides fantastic stargazing, a private fire pit and picnic table. Guests have access to our Community Shelter, Bath House and hiking trails to the lake.

This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

A lot of time and hard work have gone into creating a beautiful, yet simple and peaceful getaway for couples/friends/family. Inspired by the owner’s love and appreciation of vintage furniture, keepsakes, and old classical music/media, our hope is for those who want a little place to stay, and are wanting something different will check us out. Assigned bathroom #2 provides privacy, a hot shower, and fresh towels. Soap and shampoo too! The bathhouse is a short walk from the tent and each tent has its own private bathroom.
