Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

Creek Side Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Our cottage is located at the top of the fish ladder and feet away from creek street. It is less than 5 minutes away from the stores on creek street. It is walking distance to the Thomas basin area. The house is three bedrooms (one bedroom does not have a door) and two bathrooms. You frequently see bald eagles flying around Ketchikan creek from the living room windows and the deck. It also has a fully equipped kitchen.

We invite you to enjoy Ketchikan in the best way possible - over the water in the most beautiful cove in Ketchikan. This perfect cottage is accessed down a path from the parking area nestled among the trees, once inside, the cove opens up with big picture windows. Keep your eyes open for the abundant wildlife. Watch the boats, sea planes and cruise ships from your wraparound deck or from the comfort of the 8 foot window seat. You’ll want to call this place Home.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
