The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

STEEP STAIRS Lots of local hiking & biking trails 2 min to Dollar General 5 min to Walmart & downtown Neosho 20 min to Joplin. Pool is available with all bookings. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Joplin has to offer including food and entertainment. This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. The entire home is accessible except for the owners closet and outdoor shed. Pets may be allowed if prior arrangements are made and fees are paid.
