Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Rødhættes Hus er et lille bitte hus, som ligger fredfyldt og idyllisk ved Kovad Bækkens bred, i en lysning midt inde i Rold Skov og med udsigt til engen og skoven. Kun et stenkast fra den smukke skovsø St. Øksø. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for vandre- og mountainbike ture i Rold Skov og Rebild Bakker eller som et stille ly i skovens ro, hvorfra livet kan nydes, måske med musvågen svævende over engen, egernet pilende opad træstammen, en god bog foran brændeovnen eller hygge i bålets skær i natten.

Stemningen i alrummet er rustik med murstensgulv og træloft til kip med fritliggende bjælker. Her er der en smuk udsigt gennem de store vinduer og god plads til at samle storfamilien omkring plankebordet. I pejsestuen kan loungestolene med hjul nemt flyttes rundt, som I ønsker. Saml jer omkring madlavningen i det lækre, store snedkerkøkken i alrummet, eller nyd følelsen af wellness på badeværelset med trækarret og de fine messingdetaljer. Er i for mange til huset, kan "Gammel Svarrehus" lejes.

Skønt og nyrenoveret dobbelthus på 80m2 med sengepladser til 4 personer. Huset består af to soveværelser med hhv. en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge. Der er dyner og puder (medbring selv sengelinned og håndklæder - kan dog på forespørgsel lejes for 50 kr/sæt ) Der er desuden nyt badeværelse samt komplet køkken med køleskab, komfur og opvaskemaskine. I stuen er der hyggelig sofagruppe samt spisekrog. Huset har egen indgang med tilhørende parkeringsplads og lille terrasse . Adgang til wi-fi.

The sound of the ocean!

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Aastedhytten. Nyopført stråtækket hus fra 2020 i naturskønne omgivelser. Huset ligger for sig selv omkranset af skov i et fredet naturområde med udsigt udover Aasted Ådal. I bunden af dalen løber en Å, og her er rig mulighed for at nyde naturen helt tæt på og vandre på en afmærket rute i området.
