Situated just two blocks from City Hall and the Raytown Police Department, you'll find a delightful blend of peaceful living and convenient access to the city's amenities. Step inside and discover a comfortable retreat. The cottage's warm and inviting atmosphere provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Step outside and you'll find our charming garden, a true oasis in the city.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Enjoy a big comfortable king size bed in this studio style cottage for 2. Come relax or "work away from home." With High Speed Internet, you don't have to worry about slow connection! We're located two blocks from Historic Independence Square and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Kansas City. Only 10 minutes away from the Royals and Chiefs Stadium and 5 minutes from the Truman Library! Important. Please don't book if you want to bring a pet, or plan on smoking in or on the property.

The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
