Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Comfortable 2 bed 2 bath unit in a 4 plex. Total of 4 beds, consisting of 2 queens and 2 twin beds and 2 full baths. Both bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed. Please note this unit is on the 2nd floor. Not far from UGA and downtown Athens. Within 10 minutes of several hospitals. Publix and Target less than 10 minutes away. Classic Center is only 6 miles away. No smoking in the unit or parties. Violation will result in a $500 fee.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. Pictures don't do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras monitoring front & backyard.
