This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Airbnb fails to protect its hosts, so we no longer host. A guest recently smoked marijuana in our house. We submitted the paperwork we have submitted the previous 3 times this happened. Airbnb reimbursed us the cleaning fees. This time they refused. Then a group of workers checked in & complained about not having enough space to park 8 vehicles. We offered a solution they didn't like. They took pictures inside a shed in the backyard claiming it was the house. Airbnb deducted 30% from our fee.

Nestled near the heart of Graceville and just 30 mins south of Dothan, AL, you are surrounded by a lot of farmland. Wake up to birds chirping and watch beautiful sunsets off the front porch at night. Tons of antique shops near by, as well as natural springs in every direction including The FL state Caverns (underground caves). If you need some quiet time & relaxation, this is it.

Lakefront house has 4 Large Bedrooms & 2½ Baths. 10 people can comfortably sleep in this spacious 2250 square foot house. You will enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake, two miles from Seminole State Park & a slip for boats nearby. The lake is perfect for all boating activities including fishing, skiing, and pulling kids on tubes. Pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee. Hot tub will be filled and ready!
