It features 3 colorful 1840s period fireplaces, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely view of a thriving olive tree. Please note the old house charm of this place is not for everyone. There are a few quirks, like the closet shower, and the creaky old floorboards above that could disturb noise sensitive guests.

Bright, cosy one bedroom apartment in the heart of the south city centre. The location could not be bettered for visiting Dublin's museums, pubs, restaurants, theatres and cafes. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony,, reliable wifi. From the balcony you have a view of St Patrick's Cathedral and the adjacent park. There is no elevator so it is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility issues. St. Stephen's Green/ Grafton St. and Dame St/ Temple Bar are a 10 minute stroll.

Cosy Space at St Stephens Green

My cosy flat is the perfect space for travellers looking for a small private space. It is located in a large Georgian house with other private apartments also in the building. The house itself is quite old and a little run down but my space is renovated with all you need for a comfortable stay. St Stephens Green and Grafton Street are a 5-minute walk and Temple Bar is 20 minutes walking. Not suitable to work from home as it does not have a comfortable work space.
