Ithaca's Summer House

Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Villa Glysinia is a two-storey house ideal for couples, friends and family. On the ground floor, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, the living room with the‘warm’ fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed easily converted into two single beds and a bathroom. The outdoor space with a pool, trees, and the dining area enhances the feeling of intimacy. Out of season, the town is chilled & relaxing, in season busy & vibrant with its restaurants, shops and bars all buzzing, & its harbour full of yachts. You choose which version of Vathi to enjoy according to the time of year, both are lovely! The harbour is just two minutes away from Galazio's garden gate. Or it has its peaceful terrace with sea view, where you'll want to linger.

Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

Το κατάλυμα Frikes Private Villa βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο και ενιαίο χώρο σαλονιού και κουζίνας. Στην μπροστινή αυλή υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για το πρωινό σας και στο πίσω μέρος υπάρχει κοινόχρηστη τραπεζαρία και ξαπλώστρες. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στον χώρο για το όχημα σας. Το λιμάνι των Φρικών είναι σε απόσταση μόλις 1’ με όχημα και 8’ λεπτά με τα πόδια, όπου θα βρείτε καφετέριες, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά με σουβενίρ.

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Please refer to the photos for the exact location of the property and how to get there from the port.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.
