Peaceful country living in this comfy 1400 sq ft home. 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have queen beds one room has a full. TV's in every room, wifi, Keurig machine, coffee, creamers, bottled water, dishes, pots & pans, toiletries, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, paper towels, iron & ironing board, towels, laundry detergent everything you need for a great stay. Private, charming studio. Nice location in Brawley

The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.
