Also a sofa bed in a sunroom , which has heavy curtains , for privacy from the lounge It is located close to the scenic coastal walkway, Ngamotu beach & playground, Mt Paritutu, and Back Beach for walking and maybe a surf.

There is a bath for a long soak, and a separate shower. Guests have access to the laundry with washing machine and dryer. We live upstairs. Not suitable for pets or children under 12 years.
