Capacidad para hasta 3 personas, con un acabado y equipamiento de lujo, completamente reformado y sin carecer de detalle. La habitación cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, con terraza accesible desde el dormitorio y baño con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, una amplia ducha, espejo iluminado con LED, etc.). Respecto a la cocina, de estilo americano y conectada con el salón, presta todas aquellas comodidades y utensilios para que no escasee el confort durante su estancia. Recomendado tanto para familias y parejas, teniendo en cuenta sus perfectas dimensiones y prestaciones, como para cualquier viaje de negocios, por su inmejorable ubicación. Aunque el apartamento consta de una habitación, ésta es espaciosa y hay una cama de matrimonio, terraza y amplio espacio de armario. Además, el salón-comedor-cocina dispone de un sofá-cama muy cómodo y práctico. También el salón-comedor está equipado con un sofá-cama. Otros servicios: - conexión WiFi por fibra óptica, - Smart TV, - toallas, sábanas, gel, champú, secador, plancha y tabla para planchar; - posibilidad de solicitar cuna con coste adicional (30€); - posibilidad de emitir factura. Cuando llegues al piso, te recibiré en persona. Si, por cualquier motivo, no pudiera hacerlo, te ofreceré la opción de un auto check-in. El check-in libre tiene lugar de 16 a 18 horas. El check-in después de las 18:00 y hasta las 21:00h. tendrá un cargo adicional de 20€ a pagar en efectivo por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Tenemos la opción de check-in autónomo durante esas horas y es gratuito. El horario de check-in es hasta las 23 horas, tal y como se indica en las normas de la casa. Si, por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros (retrasos de vuelos, etc.) llegáis después de las 23h, os puedo ofrecer la opción de que alguien os reciba en persona (no hay posibilidad de auto check-in y el check-in debe ser en persona) y, en este caso, tendréis que abonar 35€ en efectivo en el momento de entrega de las llaves. De 01h a 02h, 50€. Después de las 02h NO es posible alojarse en el piso. El huésped será responsable del coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida u olvido de llaves dentro del piso (150€ a pagar al cerrajero antes de abrir el piso). Las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas están estrictamente prohibidas bajo sanción de las autoridades competentes. Las camas y toallas están preparadas para el número de personas indicado en la reserva.
