広島市内では現存の数少ない戦後間も無く建てられた書院造りの純和風建築物です。大通りから一歩入り静かな環境で、小さいながら和風庭園もありゆっくりと寛げます。 1945年8月6日の広島原子爆弾投下による熱で一部溶けた壺や、約100年前の時代の写真など 舞ハウスにしか置いてない物もあります。 建具やｶﾞﾗｽは70年以上前の当時のものもあり､特に２つの庭や、床の間・書院など日本家屋の情緒が感じられるものです｡ 5ある部屋は､３つが畳部屋で､就寝時も畳の上に布団を敷いてお休みください。 こちらのお部屋は､広島の南区に位置しており、市内電車一本で 最寄り駅電停①からは広島駅まで約20分 最寄り駅電停②からは平和記念公園､原爆ﾄﾞｰﾑ､広島国際会議場、20~30分程度で到着いたします｡ タクシーでは、10分程度の移動となります。 目の前には、衣食住が揃う 大型ショッピングモール　ゆめタウン広島、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート）飲食店（お好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司、焼肉、ワッフル、ベーカリーショップ等々）徒歩圏内にあります。

"Log House" on Ikuchi Island

We have the second house in Ikuchi Island. You can stay there whenever we don't use it. Please check in between 3pm and 9pm. Please pick up this house key from the key case on the premises. There is no WIFI in this house. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There is a cafe nearby, but it closes at 5pm. There are no street lamps around the neighborhood. Please turn on the outdoor light when stepping out at night.

City-Center Studio, Secure & Close to Peace Park

This fully furnished apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and offers hotel-quality amenities. For your safety, a smart lock is installed at the front door. The kitchen is equipped with cooking tools, utensils, and dinnerware. Fresh towels, toiletries, and high-quality linens are provided. A washing machine with free detergent and room Wi-Fi are also available for your convenience. Note: Cleaning is done only after check-out.

Located in a quiet residential area, it is within walking distance of the city center, Peace Park, and JR station, and you can also enjoy day trips by JR or bus.

朝には鳥たちのさえずり、夜には虫たちの奏でる季節を味わう音と 四季折々の植物に包まれた、小さな癒しの空間です。 ゲストスペースは一棟貸切の二階建てのお家になります。 専用のキッチンがあるので、お料理好きな方や、小さいお子さんのいるご家族も暮らすように島滞在が楽しめます。 連泊のお客様には薪風呂などもご希望でしたらご用意できます。 また、お天気が良い日には美しい星空を見ることができます。 ※自然豊かな場所なので、蝶や蜜蜂、蛍にカブト虫などの生き物以外にも、猪や蛇、ムカデなどの生き物も暮らしています。 対策はしておりますが春から秋にかけ室内でもムカデや蜘蛛など迷い込む事もありやすのでご理解宜しくお願いします。 大山祇神社やスーパー＆コンビニ等も車で約５分の距離。 徒歩でのお散歩も十分な位置です。人気の海洋温浴施設マーレグラッシアは車で８分程（２.２km）になります。
