Pong house is located on 2nd floor and guest can use a house with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom alone. The size of the house is 534 square feet. Near the house are Grocery store, restaurant, convenience store,cafe and hospital. NamsanTower, Namdaemun and Myeongdong are within walking distance and the old palace, Itaewon and National Museum take 20 min by bus. It takes 7 min on foot to Seoul Station Exit 12 where train Line 1 , 4 and Airport Railroad and 15min on foot to the KTX(KoreaTrain Express)Exit.

체크인 오후 3시 체크아웃 오전 11시 주차 전용주차 공간이 없습니다. (골목주차는 가능하나 차를 자주 빼줘야 해서 인근 유료 주차장 이용 부탁드립니다.) 현대 계동사옥 주차장 일일권 12,000원 (밤 12시 기준) 숙소 외부 출입구(대문)에 만약의 사고나 보호를 위해 CCTV가 설치 되어 있습니다. 자쿠지 사용은 낮기온 -8이상시 사용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 대나무 이끼정원을 중심으로 집안 내부 어디에서든지 정원을 바라봅니다. 시시각각 변화하는 빛에 따라 정원도 집안도 수많은 색을 갖습니다. 바람에 흔들리는 대나무를 보며, 연못에 떨어지는 물소리, 종종 놀러오는 새를 볼 수 있습니다. 자연이 주는 편안함과 아름다움을 느낄 수 있도록 공간을 설계하였습니다. 특히 치유재는 조명을 자연에 가깝게 설계하였기에 낮에는 자연광에 의해 날씨에 의해 집안의 밝기와 분위기가 결정되고 저녁에는 밤의 분위기를 도와 대부분 간접등으로 편안하고 차분한 공간을 느낄 수 있습니다.

Tim's Place, Tim'stead. #2 건축을 전공한 호스트가 손수 완성한 소박한 워너비하우스, 그 두 번째 이야기입니다. 두 번째 프로젝트는 특별히 Dining Experiences 에 중점을 두었습니다. 함께 요리하기 위한 커다란 주방과 10인용 테이블, 손님들이 편하게 묵고 갈 수 있게 고심한 잠자리, 그리고 친구들을 초대해 편하게 이야기를 나누며 밤을 지새우고 싶은 로망을 담은 집입니다. 많은 인원이 묵을 수 있고 교통이 편리한 만큼 소규모 파티룸으로도 적합하지만, 한적한 아침이면 반려동물과 경의선 숲길을 거닐고, 낮에는 근처 맛집 탐방을, 집에 오는길에는 버스킹을 즐기고, 홍대 거리에서 밤을 지샐 수도, 그러다 아늑한 집에서 휴식을 취할 수도 있는 곳입니다. 거주를 위해 마련한 집인 만큼, 가구와 집기, 가전에도 고심을 담았습니다. 그리고 언제나 화려함보다는 편안함과 쾌적함을 생각했습니다. 이제 Tim 대신, Tim's Place에서 여유를 누리세요 !

My house is on the first floor and is a korea single house My house does not share with other guests. Only you use this house. I repaired my own house.
