Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft im Kunst-Atelier, Bad Ischl

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Unsere Wohnung (76 qm) bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind alle Ausflugsziele der Region bequem zu erreichen. Die ruhig gelegene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Dachstein/Krippenstein, bietet viel Platz (30 qm) für Erholung. Wir bieten 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine grosse Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fön. Weiters bieten wir einen Parkplatz, 1 Flatscreen und WLAN. Sunny 65 m² holiday apartment in a prime location with breathtaking views of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The apartment offers a living room with a cosy sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom with bathtub/shower, and a separate toilet. The bedroom features a double bed made of two single mattresses. Relax in the garden. Free parking and a guest card with local discounts are included – ideal for nature lovers and guests seeking peace and quiet.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Loft am Wolfgangsee - mit einzigartigem Ausblick

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Penthouse N°8

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Maisonette mit überdachter Terrasse und großem Balkon wurde 2022 komplett neu errichtet und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

Bergzeit Gosau

Unser Ferienhaus mit Sauna und Whirlpool befindet sich im wunderschönen Gosau am Dachstein in Oberösterreich. Die gesamte Breite des Wohnzimmers ist verglast und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gosaukamm. Die dezente Küche im Wohnzimmer hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht.Das großzügige Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. 

'dasBergblick'

Das Ferienhaus dasBergblick liegt in ruhiger Lage und bietet jede Menge Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre mit direktem Blick auf den Hohen Sarstein. Die Ausseerland-Seen und das "Loser" Skigebiet sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar - Schneeschuhwanderungen, Spaziergänge sowie Radtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
