It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Vanaf de eerste etage is er een geweldig uitzicht van het Havenhoofd van Scheveningen tot aan de Pier en verder. In 2023 is de keuken en de badkamer vernieuwd, met behoud van charme.
