Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Home is set back off the street. A lot of parking for vehicles and boats with battery plug in accessibility. One queen size bed and two chairs that pull out to make two single beds.
