This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area. You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails. Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

Sleeps 4-6 people. 1600 sq ft house with 2 BR, 2 Baths, den, and a beautiful open concept living dining and kitchen. Queen air mattress for den. NOTE: 6/25 upgraded to Starlink. Wi-Fi is no longer an issue.

Nestled in a cove on Lookout Shoals Lake, Mallard Cottage is a small bungalow raised on piers to elevate it above ground level. This provides a special view of the lake that is as beautiful in the morning as the evening. Our yard is fenced with gates as we are pet and kid friendly. The exterior was updated in the past two years and the interior has just completed a full remodel....it is very fresh, open, and welcoming. The lake side has two large glass doors that give a full view from anywhere

Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, holiday travel or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Hickory’s new River Walk (which winds through the woods)is directly across the lake. Charlotte, Asheville, and Boone are within one hour of the property.
