This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
