Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

With your own private patio enjoy a peaceful stay in this modern centrally located 1 bedroom apartment with separate living and work space. You have your own kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave for heating food. Sleep well on the Deluxe Superior King size bed with quality linen and beautifully appointed tiled ensuite. Double sofa bed available for two extra guests if required. Free parking, Private Rd, Wifi, Netflix, Sky, YouTube. Airport approximately 12 km South of Lakeside.

Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary.

Hakarimata Hideaway with Magical Gloworm Tour.

Nestled at the foot of the Hakarimata range, the cabin is completely private and separate from the hosts residence. It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The kitchenette has gas hobs with small fridge, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils. Milk, tea and coffee are included. There’s wifi and a TV with Chromecast.

At 6x3m this tiny home is brand new & cosy, with a full ensuite and kitchenette, wifi, queen bed, bbq and even a beautiful outdoor bath!

Bicycles can be safely stored in our locked garage."

You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
