The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

Crouse’s North Ninety Lake House

If you want a place where you can be socially distanced, this is the place! (discounts for weekly or monthly stays.) The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

Forested Retreat

This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.

This one-bedroom / one-bathroom apartment features high ceilings and exposed brick and is attached to your host’s home - a Victorian townhouse on one of Evansville’s historic cobblestone streets. This place is in a private, residential neighborhood but only a few blocks from businesses, shopping and restaurants. There are two small parks for children to play at, nearby. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a commercial truck/trailer. Bright outdoor LED lighting provides a safe atmosphere. This property is attached to a small venue. The venue has a full kitchen area that can be rented for an additional fee.

The Vault- 1800s National Bank 7 min off I-64

This historic bank, built in the 19th century has been vacant for many years, but we've restored it to its former glory. complete with the original walk in bank Vault . The Vault has a king and queen size bed, plus a rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress. We have another Airbnb, called The Citadel located upstairs. If you have a large family, you can book both places. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at both locations.
