The apartment was renovated in 2008 by the architect Lex Aarts and converted into a luxurious and trendy two-room apartment (70m2). This spacious accommodation is bigger than a hotel room of most of the hostels, is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and has its own entrance. The nespresso, tea and WI-FI are for free. This apartment for short and long stay, or honeymoon suite aswell, is situated in the lively cultural centre of Rotterdam, which one calls Dijkzigt, centre or Hoboken. Many excellent restaurants and a great number of trendy cafe's and cosy bars, you will find arround the corner. The Erasmus MC is at the other site of the street and at a mere 5 minutes walking distance there are a number of world-famous museums, such as the Boijmans-van Beuningen and NAI. The entrance to the underground station is almost at the front door as well as tram (4) and bus (49) connections. If you likeshopping you will find the nearby Nieuwe Binnenweg and the trendy Witte de Withstraat much to your liking. To The Euromast, and The cityparc is only a short distance from the Dependance. The Dependance is very suitable for short term rental, longer stay, for expats en Xpat, for holidays as well as for visitors to the many festivals in Rotterdam.
