Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Doors open to a yard full of plants, birds and the sound of the waterfall in the pond with a newly built Bocci court and outdoor fire-pit terrace. Near by: Beach, mountains, UCSB, 15 min from downtown SB and 1 mile from shopping, groceries, brewery and restaurants.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

The Bradford

Have fun with the whole family and your furry friends at this stylish pet friendly place. Located 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. The Bradford comfortably sleeps 8. The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. Lighthouse Keeper's House, close to the beach

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .

It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.

1 Bedroom plus Loft with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Our beach themed unit is the ideal place to access all that the central coast has to offer. We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.
