Relax and enjoy peace and tranquility in this cozy, country home surrounded by nature. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper loveseat to host your next getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wifi and Roku TV's. Just 15 miles from the Ark Encounter, local dining and shopping. We are centrally located between Lexington KY, Louisville KY and Cincinnati OH. We're 49 miles to the Kentucky Horse park, 48 miles to the Creation Museum, and 34 miles to the Cincinnati Zoo.

If you're looking for marble countertops, this may not be your place. But if you’re seeking quiet, character, and a taste of how things used to be, with a modern twist, welcome to our 1800s-era cabin. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

Large loft bedroom, with a deck that overlooks the river, Queen bed, can add more beds to accommodate more guests, large windows, spiral staircase with lookout, second bedroom offers a Murphy bed, spacious kitchen, open to the living room, Carrera marble backsplash, quartz countertops, we have a large shelter, fire pit area, wood is provided, boat slip available.

The Little Farm House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. King size bed in master bedroom and garden tub in master bath. There is also a full bathroom just as you enter the the back door. There are no bathrooms upstairs however, there are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed and two twins beds built in the wall. Beautiful scenery no matter what side of the house your on. Relax on the wrap around porch and enjoy the unforgettable sunsets and different types of wildlife.

Modernized farm living in this 3 bedroom newly renovated farmhouse directly off the interstate. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, family room and eat in kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. From new appliances to listening to tunes while you shower with the blue tooth capability speaker in the master bathroom. This home has todays living features and the tranquility of farm life. Sit on the back deck or the front porch for tea sipping and deer crossing.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Enjoy this beautiful, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

Conveniently located between Cincinnati & Louisville and less than an hour from Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, downtown historic Madison, Lawrenceburg and more! Less than a mile from Belterrra Casino and only 8 minutes from Vevay. Boating? There are several public boat ramps, less than 10 minutes away. Golfing? Beautiful golf courses also within a 10 minute drive.

Evelyn’s Flight 1/2 between Ark & Creation Museum

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Evelyn's Flight is named after Evelyn, of course. When Stacey and Leo came to visit the farm that was for sale they met Evelyn. A 92 year old firecracker. Her spirit was undeniable - Stacey walked into the house and to the left was a painting of a woman with pretty silver hair. When asked who it was Evelyn replied "it's me!"
