Our cottage is situated directly on the Five Pits Trail, which provides miles of trails for walkers, bike and horse riders, there are also fishing ponds 500m along the trail. It's a beautiful character cottage newly renovated to a high standard. It is ideally situated, with Hardwick Hall 5 minutes drive away and the Peak District on our doorstep. Matlock, Crich Tramway Village, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall within half an hour. We also have a hottub for you to relax in at the end of your day.

A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Orchard Barn at Newbound Farm.

Luxury barn conversion in the heart of the countryside in Teversal. The barn offers an open plan, kitchen/ diner on the first floor with both dining table & breakfast bar, following onto the living area with a Juliet balcony & spectacular countryside views. There is also a toilet & utility located on his floor. Downstairs to the bedrooms both double bedrooms with an en-suite each with a shower. Original feature walls are still present in the hallway & one of the bedrooms. Rural views all round.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Rita’s Retreat

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV. Situated in the rural village of Palterton lies Scrumpy’s Cottage. This beautifully renovated retreat is ideally placed for anyone wishing to explore all the historical sites within the District of Bolsover and beyond. A short drive in one direction takes you to the gateway of the Peak District National Park, while the other direction sees you entering Robin Hood Country and the legendary Major Oak.
