Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

The house is elevated which creates a separate covered outdoor area with custom bar, hammocks, and a full second bathroom. Perfect cozy space for a couples retreat! Swim or go tubing on what US Travel News deemed as Florida's best tubing river. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom stilt-home w/ room for up to 9, has ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.
