Enjoy an evening outside in the covered patio and use the locking shed to store your bikes and gear. Close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Within 10 miles of both entrances to the National Monument. Come see all Fruita has to offer! We do allow dogs but limit them to 2. Pet fee covers one.

Welcome to F-Town Central! 32 steps to the Park, 156 steps to BestSlope Coffee, 297 steps to Copper Club Brewery (yes, I counted them). What more is there to say? It's a clean, cute, updated 2-bedroom in the heart of Fruita. The home uses Evaporative Cooling during the summer. Kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances (fridge plays Pandora!). Large, shaded backyard comes standard with a BBQ grill and firepit for those evening chill sessions. Shed can be used for safe bike storage too!

There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!
