The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Coop is one of two homes located on this gorgeous property. 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry, patio, river access, wooded trails, and so much more! Come relax, unwind, and treat yourself to the country life. The house comes with bedding, bathroom linens, and a starter set of all your necessities. We are in the country and do have a water softener, but some prefer to bring bottled water.
