On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, our luxury 16 foot Shepherd's Hut was built and professionally fitted in 2021. It has a shower room with WC, a log burner, fitted bed, kitchen unit with mini fridge and inside dining table. Outside there is 16x9' external decking with a gas BBQ, chiminea, seating and far-reaching views. The hut is on our own 3.5 acre smallholding with tranquility and lots of wildlife to enjoy We do not allow dogs inside the hut but we can provide a kennel

An internal bathroom with double size power shower will ensure a luxurious experience. Its character wood stove will keep you cosy all year round. Situated in a wooded area and overlooking open fields, the Hereford Hut offers a cosy getaway. It's ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries. The location is great for walking, fishing, cycling or those wishing to paint. For star gazers we have plenty of dark nights. Explore quiet country lanes and those looking for more adventure walk the Cat's Back near Hay or Pen y Fan in South Wales. The Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and Malvern Hills/Show ground are a forty minute drive away.

Shepherd’s Hut Wye Valley, Penallt Monmouthshire

Enjoy a beautifully cosy and comfortable stay in the fabulously scenic Wye Valley. With double bed, microwave, fridge, all in one cooker, shower room, log burner, electric heating, gas bbq, verandah and rural outside space, the Cwt at Ty Cefn is a perfect base for serious walking or simply a very quiet break in a rural hideaway. Five miles from Monmouth, with breathtaking views and dark skies, it is set within the orchard of a private house, just an easy stroll to the village of Penallt.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

The Hut on the Hill is a luxury Shepherds Hut; but it is so much more than just a hut. Fully centrally heated, with King size bed, extensive outside area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The panoramic views are outstanding from all aspects of the hut. In addition, the adjacent stable, also centrally heated, consists of a utility area, with space to dry wet kit, wet pets and safe place for bikes, canoes etc.
