OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses (ohne Lift) in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Ortsrand. Es sind 12 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn (Halt Lörrach-Stetten), Fahrt nach Basel von da in 10 Minuten. Kaffee und Tee stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Eine verpflichtende Tourismusgebühr von 80C/Pers/Tag (kostenlose Nutzung ÖPNV) wird vor Ort beglichen.

Within a parallel street you find a supermarket, bakery & much more. The spacious flat is super central to Lörrach and close to Basel.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.

The completely renovated apartment of approx. 41 m² is located just before the Swiss border. The apartment awaits you with free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Beginn der Basler Strasse, in direkter Nähe zum Grenzübergang Lörrach - Riehen mit perfekter Anbindung an die Infrastruktur Lörrachs und der Schweiz (2-3 min Fußweg zur Tram nach Basel, Bus nach Lörrach Zentrum direkt gegenüber). In zweiter Reihe hören Sie dabei nichts vom Alltagslärm der Basler Strasse.

Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Erdgeschosswohnung, an Hanglage mit Aussicht auf Basel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, modern und befindet sich in einem ruhigen Quartier. Die Stadt Basel ist in ca 30 min mit dem Tram zu erreichen. Wenn beide Schlafzimmer benützt werden, bitte 3 Personen angeben.(Einzelbelegung).
