This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

We just purchased this amazing property in March. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. You'll feel right at home in this newly remodeled Beachtown Bungalow. A 3 min walk to the public abatement will deliver magnificent lake views. The driveway provides plenty of space for a trailer/boat trailer or multiple cars, and the large yard is perfect for activities. Within min of Historic Downtown Vermilion, and a short drive to Cedar Point, Cleveland, or anywhere in between, this cozy home is perfect for any getaway!
