A newly renovated Greenhouse located behind the cottage, was added in 2025 and where you can sit and enjoy the tropical flora along with your pastry and coffee, or sit in the hot tub that's located under the oak tree. Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Beachfront cottage with unobstructed views of the Strait. 2 minute walk to sandy beach - tidal pools & seals at low tide. Camp fires, kayaks, propane BBQ, and an expansive, fully furnished patio for your morning Nespresso coffee, sun bathing or a la carte dining. Each bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens. The most gorgeous piece of land on PEI. (okay im biased - plus I grew up a few minutes up the road). As a young family we love spending the summer camping and sharing our space to help us spend more time with our daughter. Blessed not only by the views, but also the serenity of the rolling fields. The neighboring horses/cows love to say good morning, the sunset loves to say good night, and the other residents of the road love to wave. This is PEI.
