Newer single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house at the Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa. Bright, comfortable furnished space that is the perfect Okoboji vacation hub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

Okoboji Bridges Bay Cabin on Pond

Awesome cabin in Bridges Bay Resort located on the fishing pond. 2 enclosed bedrooms plus loft. Nicely finished garage provides additional hang-out space. 2 kayaks provided for pond use. Includes 6 passes daily to water park, walking distance to Bridges Bay restaurants and lake access. Over-sized patio with Weber gas grill. Extended driveway for up to 4 cars (street parking not allowed). Washer/dryer available in unit for guest use. Booking guest must be 25 or older, parties not allowed.

Cozy one-bedroom cabin on a quiet lake in a residential area within city limits—perfect for a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck or private dock, great for fishing and kayaking. Inside is warm and inviting with a comfy queen bed, kitchen and dining area and lake views. Ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers. We have two kayaks to explore the lake and creek inlets. Wi-Fi included. Come enjoy the calm.

Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Enjoy the peaceful setting including outdoor fire pit area, gazebo area, playground, barn with animals to pet, fruit trees, and room to roam. Full kitchen is included. Two private bedrooms and plenty of hang-out space and extra sleeping spaces.

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Farm house is in the country but close to town! Minutes away from the lakes, shopping, and entertainment! All the parking you need for vehicles, trailers, or boats! This farm has been in our family for four generations.
