This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

This stylish peninsula lake house is the perfect place to stay for group trips or even a couples getaway. 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 16 comfortably. Sauna! Sandy beach, volley net, arcade games, shuffleboard, multiple decks, large dining room, and wood burning fireplace. The lake house is extremely spacious, with multiple areas to relax or have fun with friends or family! You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
