Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Bernie's is a super comfortable home base for friends, family, and pets to relax after a day outside. A totally unique setting: stay inside the living quarters of a historic church! Completely renovated with much care to preserve the features that give the space great character and authenticity. Your suite has 3 separate bedrooms, a generous living space, dining area, private laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of room for you to come together after an adventurous day in the Kootenays!

Tamarack Lane Cabins ~ Carpenter Cabin

This cozy 640 sq. ft red log cabin is tucked up in the woods. The bedroom has queen bed. A 200 sq. ft loft has a queen and 2 twins, accessed by ladder (see pic). Full kitchen & BBQ (electric). 3/4 bath (shower). 32" Flat screen, Blu-ray, stereo. Romantic gas fireplace. Limited WiFi & cell coverage, come unwind, relax & recharge. Covered deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have large people-friendly dogs, so no pets allowed. In winter, 4WD vehicle or chains strongly advised.

Lakefront! Fish! Swim! Boat! Hike! Relax! Love dogs! Come stay on 25 acres of quiet (no car noise) Shangri-La with a private trout-stocked lake. You will have your own dock with use of boats and fishing rods. We have hiking trails around the property with a small mountain top (what a view!!). It is a boating and hiking paradise! This is a wonderful place to relax and restore yourself. Sit on the shaded deck or hang out on the sun-soaked dock and wonder what you have been missing in your life.

Enjoy peaceful country charm in this two-bedroom one bath suite. Stay on the main floor or tuck away upstairs under the eaves, a serene little getaway space. Sip your coffee on the private deck and enjoy country vistas. Coffee bar, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and sink are in the kitchenette. Full piece tub shower combo in this charming bathroom with old fashioned wainscoting. Minutes from downtown restaurants and blocks from the hospital and clinics. No cleaning fee. Per person fee.

Lake Roosevelt Frontage

VERY rustic campground. There is no water or power Bring bug spray, water, toilet paper There are railroad tracks between the property & Lake. The train may come by in the morning and once in the early evening. Put your tent/camper/small RV in front of the Lake & enjoy the view! The closest boat launch is 2 miles away at North Gorge. The water level changes, depending on that, you can’t count on a beach. You can still access and swim in the water. There’s a fire pit, picnic table, outhouse.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

Colvilla; A Home with a View

Beautiful, two-story home with lots of windows on 21 natural landscaped acres at the base of Colville Mountain. This home is unique and charming with lots of room, a spacious deck, patio, BBQ, firepit, fireplaces, pool /ping pong table, TV, eliptical, games, and a three car garage. Colville National Forest, multi-use trails, several rivers and lakes are all within a short drive. Enjoy winter and summer activities. Canada is about a hour drive; Idaho about a two hour drive.
