Welcome to our woodsy coastal getaway! Located 15 minutes from the sunny beaches. An attached studio guest suite is peaceful & relaxing. Enjoy the mini kitchenette, private bathroom and entrance w/its own patio, along with parking. Take a walk down our long driveway sprinkled with close to 100 orchids that may be in bloom. Studio beach cottage experience in North Naples. Take one of the two complementary bicycles on an easy 15 min bike ride to the beautiful Wiggins Pass State Park or Vanderbilt beach. Just 3 miles from the popular Mercado shops, restaurants and theater. Prefer to walk? It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? Take one of double kayaks from the dock to the beach.

Waterfront ocean access canal, Kayaks, Bikes Beach

We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

This private suite is close to Super Target and Wal-mart shopping centers, Chili's, Panera, Burger King, McDonalds, World Market, and more. Conveniently located near I-75, and less than 10 miles to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped property, the safe neighborhood, and private back entrance. Park like setting includes fruit trees, benches, and an outdoor grill for your use. This suite is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Relax and enjoy Florida indoors and outdoors in this "mini-apartment". You can watch for roaming wildlife and enjoy the tall pine trees, palm trees, and cypress trees from the patio. The "mini-apartment" is within walking distance of the canal where you can go bird watching and possibly see other wildlife. The apartment is outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the city but within driving distance of the beach. There are several restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining options.

1Rm Studio-Pool, HotTub, Bikes, Kayaks, Near Beach

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Close to Beaches. This house was completely renovated in 2020, It has large spacious kitchen sub zero refrigerator and large living room. Full size Washer and Dryer & Appliances. The Living Room has a beautiful View of a Pond Beaming with Life, Turtles, Ducks, Egrets & Fish. The House sits by itself on a very large cul-de-sac. Private back yard with a privacy Fence and Pond, for your use. (No shared areas.) Guests say pictures do not do this unit justice.

Located less than one mile from the beach in the center of the city hustle, step inside our “Tiny House" and ease into beach life! Gallery white walls, oversized art and 12' living room ceiling make the 360sf space feel more expansive. Sailor's knot rope tied around anchored cleats create a banister railing to the 5'6" loft bedroom nestled above a 6'2" kitchen and bathroom. The private entrance was designed for absolute privacy.
