Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι.
