We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. BRAND NEW apartment with Old Port view

Apartment CATIVLA is located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is newly renovated, suitable for max. 4 people and a perfect getaway from the town hustle. Its charming balcony overlooks the stunning Old port of Dubrovnik. Although it is situated in the center of the Old Town with numerous restaurants, shops and bars nearby, apartment CATIVLA is separated from the noise and situated in the quiet and peaceful part of the Town.

Kuca Mala

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Lady L sea view studio

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Art Atelier Apartment + Free Parking

Arriving by car must be announced. The apartment comrises 50 sq meters and consists of one double bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa as a spare bed for two persons, bathroom and two balconies with a wonderful view of the Old city. Lots of stairs could be a challenge. Free parking space.

Apartment is situated on a quiet street with a spectacular view. It is comfortable for two, but also has aditional bed in the living room. Beach, restorant, bus station, store and tennis courts are just 3-5 min walk. The distance from the Old Town is 15-20 min walk.

Apartments are located in the heart of the old town Island Lopud, just twenty meters from main sandy beach. Apartments are fully furnished and fully dishes. Ground floor Apartments with terrace in natural shade. Shops,restaurants, main port in 50m.

Our apartment is set just by the sea,with private terrace and private beach.Two floors apartment, with two bedrooms,each has its own bathroom and sea view.Downstairs is kitchen,dining room and living room.Very peaceful place just 6 km from Dubrovnik.

Marin Gorica

Gorica is peacefull part of Dubrovnik that lies 1,5 km of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants.There are two beaches in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartament.

Romantic oasis nestled in Dubrovnik's most unique spot beneath spectacular medieval fort, King’s Landing castle, and above small beach. It is only a 3 minute walk to the Old city-Pile gate. So close but so far from the city hustle and bustle!!!
